This company is a joke. Scammers.

This company is a joke. Scammers. I ordered two shirts. I didn't like them, because the material was cheap and I wanted to return them. They said it was a pain to return things, so I could just keep them, but they were only going to give me 10% of my money back. I refused and said I needed a full return or I was going to report them. They said the only way they would exchange them for me was if I agreed to give them a 5-star review.

Great pricing and a large selection…

Great pricing and a large selection have always been available at Bellelily. They seldom don't have what I need, though. At this time, I've purchased 15 shirts from them. I haven't encountered any issues, and shirts normally arrive on schedule.

New Item Offered

I had a problem with my order which was soon sorted out with a quick response and great communication.

I cannot fault the customer services team who have offered me another item due to their error so I'm a very happy customer.

I love the clothing here, and the prices are very reasonable. I have ordered clothes from other sites but have been disappointed with the quality or the sizing.

Paid immediately, Order canceled for Non payment and money kept.

I have been watching a pair of jeans for some time on Bellelily.
Last night I decided to trust a site If never bought from and checked out.
I paid immediately through PayPal and funds were taken from my bank
An hour later I got an email saying my order had been cancelled due to not payment!
No refund issued.
So now I miss out on my jeans and have to go through all the paypal rubbish to get my money back.
I should have known better than to trust a dodgy site.

I love this blouse and have received a ton of compliments on it. The fit is excellent, and it's super comfortable. I love wearing it with black jeans, a cute skirt (or even under a dress). I'm pleased with my purchase.

Clothes do not match pics.

Very thin material on everything i order amd colors are wrong. They make it so hard to send back wanting YOU to take pics of items, measurements etc. Spent over 200 dollars with this store. So disappointed.

Love my new shirts

Love my new shirts, had a little issue with the delivery not their fault, postal service! They were very helpful in getting me the tracking number and making sure I received my package and kept in contact to make sure I received it! Ordered it on 8-24 received it 9-6. Was skeptical since it was on fb but am glad I ordered and very satisfied on service and product.

I received my order in just 8 days and…

I received my order in just 8 days and the clothes were great, 2 items fit a little smaller than expected but worked out perfect because they fit my daughter, great customer service as well. I actually placed another order.
